Mario Golf Grid Fix

The grid in Mario Golf has a slight zigzag appearance. I believe this is a bug that went unnoticed by the developers because it is barely visible on the original Nintendo 64 hardware. However, it is clearly visible when the game is emulated, and it makes putting difficult. The following patch removes the zigzag appearance and smooths the animation of the grid.
